Fenerbahçe Fans Call for President Ali Koç’s Resignation in Stadium Protests
During the Fenerbahçe-Kayserispor match, Yellow-Navy fans chanted "management resign" and "Ali Koç resign". Some supporters, however, booed these chants.
In the closing minutes of the match where Fenerbahçe hosted Kayserispor in the 36th week of the Super League, chants of “resignation” arose from the Yellow-Navy stands.
PROTEST FROM THE STANDS
In the 75th minute of the game, Fenerbahçe fans began chanting “management resign” and “Ali Koç resign”. For a while, chants in favor of Former President Aziz Yıldırım were also heard from the stands.
It was noted that some fans showed opposition to both resignation and Aziz Yıldırım chants.
REACTION TOWARDS CENGIZ ÜNDER
Furthermore, Cengiz Ünder, who was substituted in the 83rd minute, also faced intense protests from the fans.
