Fenerbahçe’s Future Roadmap: Club to Expand, Innovate, and Dominate!
Fenerbahçe has initiated plans to implement projects that will elevate the club to the next level over the next three years.

The Yellow-Navy Blues aim to first increase stadium capacity, boosting revenue from this source by 50%. Here are the seven historic moves set to bring a major transformation to Fenerbahçe.
Fenerbahçe is preparing to make groundbreaking moves over the next three years that will go down in club history. The top priority in this period is to expand stadium capacity and increase revenue from it by 50%.
According to reports, here are the details of Fenerbahçe’s seven historic initiatives:
- Stadium capacity to be increased to 65,000 – Fenerbahçe has completed all preparations to expand Ülker Stadium’s capacity to 65,000. This project is expected to cost around €40-50 million. Following the expansion, annual stadium revenue is projected to rise from €80 million to €120 million.
- Relocation from Samandıra to Maltepe – Within 2-3 years, Fenerbahçe will move its first team training facilities from Samandıra to Maltepe. The Samandıra complex will then be dedicated to the women’s team.
- Dereağzı Olympic Village – The Dereağzı Facilities, which host multiple sports branches, will be completely renovated. This site will be transformed into an Olympic-style village, serving as the main hub for various sports.
- Kenan Evren High School Project – The land next to the stadium, previously owned by Kenan Evren High School and now under Fenerbahçe’s control, will be developed into office and residential buildings. The club expects to generate approximately €100 million from this project.
- Fenerbahçe Arena Project – Residential buildings will be constructed on the land next to Ülker Sports Arena as part of a joint project between Fenerbahçe and Ülker. This venture is expected to bring the club around €100 million in revenue.
- €30 million sponsorship deal with Migros – The club has renewed its agreement with Migros, which operates under the stadium. The new 10-year contract will bring in €30 million, with the current board under Ali Koç set to collect €9 million of this amount during their tenure.
- €12 million jersey sponsorship deal – Fenerbahçe has signed a new kit sponsorship deal with Adidas for the upcoming season, valued at approximately €12 million. If jersey sales surpass 600,000 units, the club will receive an additional €40 million.
